You might want to check into that. :) I think we all have to decide how excited we want to get about what we do, you know? AC doesn't HAVE to accept stuff, is my understanding. And there are lots of places out there where they publish things and pay nothing, and are quite picky about what they publish. If it was me (I've never been able to come up with even a concept for an AC article) I think I'd be glad that I thought of it, and that I carried through with it, and that it was acceptable. The money is a great bonus, if not a large one.
